AMPT BOOT CAMP
AMPT Boot Camp is unlike any other boot camp. Most boot camps offer sessions that are four to six weeks long. AMPT Boot Camp's sessions are ongoing. The purpose is to get you in shape, and make sure you stay in shape. No two classes are alike. You will never get bored, and you will see results. You do not have to bring any equipment. Just bring yourself!

Cycle: Pedal your way to a healthier lifestyle. It is as close to the real thing as you can get, without actually being on a bicycle.
Cardio Kickboxing: This class combines great kickboxing techniques to achieve core strength, stability training and aerobic fitness.
Body Mechanics: Body Mechanics is a combination of yoga, Pilates, core training and stretch. It helps increase flexibility, endurance, muscular balance and structural alignment.
Boot Camp: This workout is action packed and fun, without the military drills or yelling! It will get your heart pumping fast, and is for all fitness levels. It's designed to increase muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
Body Sculpt: You get two workouts in one. Body Sculpt is a combination of strength training and aerobic interval training. Benches and weights are used for this workout.
Shred & Shed: This is an energetic, go nuts, push yourself to the limits class! The interval training is designed to shock your body to break through training plateaus. The workouts are never the same. Be prepared to challenge yourself.
Aqua Fitness: This is a seasonal workout. This is a low impact and low joint stress aerobics class. It is a great way to rehab most injuries. Class will be taught in a pool.
